How to choose within this range

Your requirement Specification to fix Why
High protein per serving Choose isolate or high-concentrate grades Protein content per gram determines formulation economics
Neutral flavour Fix the process route and source Flour and concentrate grades carry more off-notes than isolates
Allergen labelling Fix the source and obtain a declaration Dairy, soy and nut sources trigger different labelling duties
Comparing quotations Compare protein on the same basis As-is and dry-basis figures look different but may be the same grade

Frequently Asked Questions

Is protein declared as-is or on a dry basis?

Both conventions exist. The basis is stated on each product page, and quotations should always be compared on the same basis.

What is the difference between a concentrate and an isolate?

An isolate is further purified and carries a higher protein content with fewer non-protein solids; a concentrate retains more of the original matrix.

Do you supply both dairy and plant proteins?

Yes. The range covers whey and milk fractions together with soy, corn, hemp, walnut, rice and other plant protein sources.

Which allergen declarations are available?

Allergen and origin declarations are issued against the specific product and destination market. State the destination when requesting a quotation.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are Shaanxi Longsheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a direct manufacturer integrating R&D, production and export support. Factory review may be arranged by video or an on-site visit.

Can I request the current batch COA before ordering?

Yes. Request the applicable current or representative COA for each shortlisted grade and compare identity, method, limits and results.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The regular MOQ is typically 1 kg. Evaluation samples of 10-20 g may be arranged subject to stock.

Can specifications or packaging be customised?

Selected assay targets, particle size, carrier and packing may be reviewed case by case before quotation.
